There is a reason the folks at city parking RE-painted yellow lines where you decided to park today. It is a no parking spot because you're in the way of people driving out of the parking structure! Don't be such a chump - drive the extra floor or two and park in an actual spot. The parking structure comes with this thing called an elevator so you won't really have to walk all that much farther.
